Delivery & Returns

Delivery Times 4-6 weeks.

We hold a small amount of stock at the studio so many items will only be made when an order is placed; this can take 4-6 weeks. You will be notified by email of the delivery date. Please let us know if something is required for a specific date and we will do our best to help.

For orders from within the UK and the EU, this price includes the cushion cover and cushion insert. Due to shipping costs, for orders outside of the UK and the EU, this price is for the cushion cover only. If customers outside of the UK and the EU wish to purchase cushions including inserts, please contact me for a bespoke shipping quote

Delivery charges for UK addresses

The delivery is sent by standard courier delivery, please provide delivery details at an address where someone will be available all day, such as a work address or please give the address of a neighbour who would be willing to accept the delivery.

For orders over £500 please contact us for an individual rate depending on the size and weight.

International orders

For deliveries outside the UK additional shipping charges will apply, you will be sent a pay pal invoice for these extra costs.

When goods are delivered outside the UK they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Lisa Vaughan Thomas does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

All items are thoroughly checked before despatch to check for faults or damage so please contact us if there is a problem we will try and help where possible. Please return faulty goods in the same packaging materials (or equivalent). It is always best to use a signed for delivery service with proof of postage, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. We cannot be liable for goods that do not reach us.

Any item that has been specifically made for you or customised for you is not returnable.
